Responsibilities
- Cultivate and expand strategic relationships with high-value channel partners
- Develop and execute a high-impact regional sales strategy
- Educate and certify channel partners on Jabra’s partner programs
- Identify market opportunities and trends within the audio and video space
- Track and analyze partner performance metrics
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience working for a vendor/manufacturer in audio, video, or related technology industries
- Demonstrated success leading channel growth strategies
- Must reside within the assigned geographic territory
- Deep understanding of regional market dynamics and current partner landscape
- Executive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales forecasting, and pipeline management
- Ability to travel as needed within the territory and at industry events
