Regional Channel Sales & Partnerships Manager

• Cultivate and expand strategic relationships with high-value channel partners

• Develop and execute a high-impact regional sales strategy

• Educate and certify channel partners on Jabra’s partner programs

• Identify market opportunities and trends within the audio and video space

• Track and analyze partner performance metrics

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience working for a vendor/manufacturer in audio, video, or related technology industries
• Demonstrated success leading channel growth strategies
• Must reside within the assigned geographic territory
• Deep understanding of regional market dynamics and current partner landscape
• Executive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools, sales forecasting, and pipeline management
• Ability to travel as needed within the territory and at industry events
