Residential Sales Associate

Overview

Sandbox+ is a rapidly growing company focused on customer experience, referrals, operational quality, and long‑term trust. We are looking for a relationship‑driven Residential Sales Associate to sell solar and other energy solutions.

• Manage outbound communication, networking, lead follow‑up, and community involvement.
• Build long‑term relationships with homeowners, educate customers, and represent Sandbox+ professionally.
• Develop proposals and manage pipeline; close quality business.
• Present energy solutions such as solar, heat pumps, HVAC services, battery & charging systems, and maintenance packages.
• Use CRM and sales technology to track and follow up on leads.

• Background in solar, home energy, construction or roofing sales or HVAC sales; bonus if both.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of direct sales experience in home energy, HVAC or related field.
• Proficiency with Excel, system design, and proposal software.
• Strong communication, follow‑up, interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Customer–first mindset, self‑directed initiative, and strong organization.
• Comfortable with outbound communication and networking.
• Reliable follow‑up, respecting leads and internal teams.
• Professional representation of Sandbox+ in homes and public events.
• Proficiency with CRM, proposal, and sales technology.
• Self‑directed drive and sense of urgency.
• Collaborative, avoids ego, remains personable.

Base salary starts at $36,400/year with a commission structure paid monthly. Total compensation can be substantial for a relationship‑builder who closes quality business.

A background check will be required. The position may be filled by mid‑June, but we may extend the hiring window.
