Sales Representative

KRUEGER seeks a results-driven Sales Representative to grow revenue for our commercial HVAC air distribution products. Serving banking, insurance, and investment clients, you'll prospect, qualify, and close B2B opportunities with contractors, engineers, and building owners. Partnering closely with engineering and customer support, you'll position Krueger's diffusers, grilles, registers, and terminal units as high-performance, energy-efficient solutions. You'll manage a territory, build long-term relationships, deliver technical presentations, and provide accurate forecasting while contributing to our culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a sales pipeline for commercial HVAC air distribution products in banking, insurance, and investment facilities
• Prospect, qualify, and close new business with contractors, engineers, and building owners
• Partner with engineering and customer support to design technically sound, energy-efficient solutions
• Deliver product presentations, demos, and proposals to decision makers
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to meet revenue and margin targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and activity reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve offerings and customer experience
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and project opportunities in target verticals
