KRUEGER is seeking a Sales Consultant to grow sales of our commercial HVAC air distribution products across a defined territory. In this role, you'll develop and manage relationships with mechanical contractors, distributors, and consulting engineers, providing consultative support on diffusers, grilles, registers, and terminal units. You will interpret plans/specs, support design and product selection, prepare quotes, and manage a sales pipeline.
Working closely with engineering and customer service, you'll help deliver high performance, energy efficient solutions while meeting revenue and growth targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a territory sales plan for KRUEGER air distribution products
- Build and maintain relationships with mechanical contractors, distributors, and consulting engineers
- Conduct consultative sales calls, product demos, and technical presentations
- Support bid/spec work and help customers select appropriate HVAC air distribution solutions
- Collaborate with engineering and customer service to address technical and service needs
- Track pipeline, forecast sales, and report on market trends and competitor activity
- Represent KRUEGER at industry events, trade shows, and customer trainings
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
