You have the skill set, knowledge, and accessibility required to build sustainable partnerships within and beyond the Colorado behavioral healthcare industry. Our outreach team places prospective patients, manages community partnerships, makes presentations, and produces and participates in community events.

We are treatment placement specialists, organizational representatives to our community partners, and external resource guides to other Aspen Ridge departments. We consistently aim to position Aspen Ridge as an industry thought-leader, setting the standard for quality evidenced-based programming, ethical care, and patient outcomes.

Core Values:

  • Trust your intuition. If it doesn’t feel right, speak up.
  • We exchange our time, talents, and abilities to enrich other's lives.
  • We don’t take ourselves too seriously. Have fun.

In pursuit of excellence, WE:

Outreach Supervisor

Duties:

  • Understand the professional, cultural and performance expectations of your role and of every member of our community.
  • Achieve and maintain an in-depth understanding of clinical programs, medical and other service offerings, locations including remote programs, availability in each location and costs including insurance contracts in each location and program.
  • Achieve and maintain an in-depth understanding of your specific territory, the existing community referral partners in the territory, the potential/target referral partners and the organizations that may not be beneficial for us to partner with. Develop an in-depth grading scale of your market, plan regularly with the guidance of your supervisor, and commit at least 30 hours a week to developing reciprocal referral relationships within the community.
  • Understand the weighted admit system used at Aspen Ridge, your weighted targets, and make sure you are meeting those goals.
  • Complete and submit weekly KPI reports, and provide a narrative summary on the status of relationships, results of the week's efforts, key focus areas of opportunity, etc.
  • Meet KPI targets with the support of coworkers and leadership. You are not expected to meet your targets immediately, but rather build on them until you are able to consistently and sustainably meet your first-year goals by the 6-month mark. Your goals will increase and change annually based on performance, so be sure to track what those are!
  • Aid your teammates in achieving the Outreach team and MOAA’s overarching departmental goals. Do not rely on Admissions to always convert your referrals; proactively contribute to and guide the process!
  • Collaborate within the department to develop and maintain a grading system for community partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to manage a patient-centered outbound referral process.
  • Work collaboratively with admissions, marketing and clinical teams on business development, strategic relationships, and outreach opportunities with community.
  • Identify, strategize, develop, and maintain new relationships with addiction and mental health providers, advocates, facilities, and organizations. Ensure relationships are mutually beneficial and that, where appropriate, they lead to mutual referral relationship.
  • Develop personal and professional relationships throughout the field and throughout individual facilities. Engage other Aspen Ridge staff in this process to deepen strategic partnerships with other organizations (e.g., introduce an Aspen Ridge clinical director with another facility’s clinical director).
  • Identify opportunities, (e.g., speaking events, clinical tours, clinical meetings, conferences, etc., for Aspen Ridge to position itself as a thought leader and subject matter expert in the market).
  • Manage and report on a forward calendar of scheduled meetings and events with community pa
