Comfort Advisor

SWAN Loveland is seeking a Comfort Advisor to guide homeowners to the best HVAC and plumbing solutions for their homes. In this field-based role, you'll conduct in-home assessments, explain system options, and create proposals that balance comfort, safety, and budget. You'll work closely with technicians to ensure accurate installations and provide follow-up to maintain strong customer relationships. SWAN offers ongoing technical and sales training, certification support, and clear paths to senior or leadership roles within a customer-first, integrity-driven team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home comfort assessments for HVAC and plumbing needs
• Explain system options and recommendations to homeowners in clear, non-technical language
• Prepare accurate proposals and estimates based on load calculations and site conditions
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure proper installation scope and scheduling
• Follow up with customers to finalize decisions and maintain relationships
• Meet or exceed sales and conversion goals while honoring customer-first values
• Maintain detailed records in CRM and prepare daily/weekly activity reports
• Stay current on product offerings, rebates, and financing options
• Adhere to all safety, code, and company standards while on customer sites
