This position is responsible for the daily marketing and establishing of new corporate membership sales; as well as, coordinating health fairs, open enrollments and corporate partnerships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee and follow up of new corporate accounts.
Responsible for self-lead generation, calls and prospecting for new Corporate accounts
Plan and help implement various health promotion services.
Develop and present monthly membership, participation and financial information.
Provide a profit and loss summary for health promotion services
Respond to corporate members to actively pursue wellness
Attends all staff and club meetings and events
Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients
Works to develop new programming and services for corporate accounts.
Works closely with retention department to ensure high participation in the fitness center.
Ensures that all required documentation is completed in a timely manner.
Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations.
Develop working relationships in the Fort Collins community.

Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints

Job Requirements:

Available to work weekends and evenings and holidays if needed
Ability to work well with others
Customer service abilities
Knowledge of the health club / gym industry
Sales experience not required but helpful

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
Ability to communicate with guests and other associates, including reading, writing and speaking
