What You'll Do

• Own outbound cold calling with confidence and energy — these aren't just sales calls, they're transformation starters.
• Help business owners understand the value of joining our network — faster payments, less hassle, better cash flow.
• Guide customers through the enrollment process with clarity and empathy.
• Ensure every enrollment is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Keep meticulous records and data so we're always improving.
• Collaborate across teams and share ideas to enhance our outreach and impact.
• Passion for helping people and solving problems.
• Fearlessness when it comes to outbound calling and driving conversations.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and communicate with confidence.
• Exceptional organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Experience in high-volume sales, customer engagement, or a similar fast-paced environment.

$22.08 per hour. This role is also eligible for uncapped monthly commission. Top-performing team members have earned more than $100,000 in total annual compensation. Commission earnings vary based on individual performance and are not guaranteed.
