Heartland Acoustics & Interiors brings 25+ years of expertise in specialty ceiling and wall systems—ranging from acoustical panels to wood, metal, and demountable architectural ceilings. Headquartered in Colorado and operating across Denver, Austin, San Antonio, Seattle, and Raleigh, we’re known for excellence, innovation, and outstanding craftsmanship.

We’re expanding our Northern CO team and looking for skilled Journeymen and Foreman with carpentry and acoustical ceiling experience.

• Advanced Installation & Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Install complex ceiling and wall systems (wood, metal, demountable partitions, specialty panels), demonstrating strong carpentry and technical expertise.
• Blueprint Reading & Documentation:
  Read blueprints and specifications accurately; manage project documentation and ensure compliance with design requirements.
• Training & Supervision:
  Train and mentor apprentices, ensuring proper installation techniques and safety practices are followed on-site.
• Experience & Flexibility:
  Minimum 3 years of suspended ceiling installation experience, with the ability to adapt to flexible scheduling needs.

• Project Planning & Installation:
  Expertly install acoustical and specialty ceilings according to company, industry, and manufacturer guidelines. Plan and execute projects with field installers to meet customer quality expectations, on time and within budget.
• Team Leadership & Development:
  Train, mentor, and evaluate Journeymen and Apprentices, ensuring proper performance, safety, and job completion. Manage employee productivity and oversee time card submissions.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Enforce safety policies, perform job site inspections, and provide continuous training on proper installation techniques and equipment maintenance.
• Customer Service & Communication:
  Maintain effective communication with customers and supervisors, address project discrepancies, and ensure high-quality customer service both internally and externally.
