Perform light maintenance repair and cleaning tasks in a safe, professional manner;
Install and maintain mechanical and stationary systems, including boiler operations;
Perform general duties such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and bed repair and maintenance;
Explain conditions and situations accurately while troubleshooting and ensure safety and efficiency of the department;
May require on-call duties as needed or directed by the department
