• Provide quality craftsmanship and customer service to homeowners and property managers.
• Perform minor electrical and plumbing work as needed.
• Communicate professionally with clients, employees, management, and office personnel.
• Document and invoice work accurately.

• Successful prior track record as a Carpenter, Craftsman, or Tradesman; estimation skills and home inspection experience highly desired.
• Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing work.
• Own standard set of tools for all required trades.
• Own truck or van.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong documentation and invoicing skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to pass a background check.

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour, dependent on experience, plus performance bonuses.
