HVAC Maintenance Worker - Anheuser-Busch Fort Collins Brewery

Job Description

Aramark is hiring an HVAC Maintenance Worker in Fort Collins, Colorado to support operations at the Anheuser-Busch brewery. This role pays $21?$24 per hour and is a hands-on opportunity to learn the HVAC trade while working alongside an experienced journeyman technician. Day-to-day work includes assisting with repairs, replacing filters and belts, and supporting maintenance on commercial HVAC systems and rooftop units.

The schedule is Monday?

Friday, 7:00 AM ? 3:30 PM, offering consistent hours that are rare in the skilled trades. This is a physically active role that may involve working on rooftops and in confined spaces. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, reliable, and eager to grow into a skilled HVAC technician or maintenance professional.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION:
The Hourly rate for this position is $21.00 to $24.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist journeyman HVAC technicians with daily repair and maintenance tasks on commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems

• Replace filters, belts, flanges, and other common HVAC components as part of routine maintenance

• Support preventative maintenance programs for air handling units, refrigeration systems, and ventilation systems

• Help inspect, test, and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment across the facility

• Learn to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues within HVAC systems

• Work on rooftop HVAC units and assist with maintenance in confined mechanical spaces

• Clean and maintain ducts, vents, and system components to ensure proper airflow and performance

• Use hand tools, gauges, and basic diagnostic equipment to complete assigned tasks

• Follow all safety procedures and site requirements in an industrial/brewery environment

• Maintain tools, parts inventory, and accurate maintenance records as needed

Qualifications

Required:

• EPA 608 Certification (required)
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working on rooftops and in confined spaces
• Ability to work Monday?
  
  Friday, 7:00 AM ? 3:30 PM consistently
• Willingness to learn HVAC systems and grow in a skilled trade environment

Preferred:

• Experience in HVAC, maintenance technician work, sheet metal fabrication/installation, or brazing
• Previous experience in commercial or industrial maintenance environments
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, air handling units, or refrigeration equipment
