Residential HVAC Installer | $24-29 hourly | Local Ownership Benefits We Offer

Pay Rate

$24.00/hr to $29.00 hourly, depending on experience

Work hours

7:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday (Weekends, overtime, and evenings on occasion)

Responsibilities
  • Assist install team on residential and commercial HVAC jobs
  • Excellent communication with homeowners
  • Manage project timelines and work scope
  • Being on time, reliable, and a team player daily! - be someone we can count on!
  • Ability to keep track of tools and be well-organized
  • Be self-sufficient and willing to learn
  • Take pride in your work - maintain a clean working space and make things look like they should be on display at a store!
  • Maintain a professional appearance
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in HVAC installation is required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • EPA Universal Certification, preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building code
  • Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
  • Knowledge of building science principles is a major plus but not required; one must be willing to learn
  • Stellar mechanical aptitude and a problem-solving mentality
  • An awesome attitude and is a great team player!
