Carpenter Apprentice / Rough Carpenter

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00/hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays

We are seeking a motivated Carpenter Apprentice to join a long-term commercial construction project in Loveland, Colorado. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of carpentry experience who brings strong work ethic, energy, and a willingness to learn. We are looking for individuals who are versatile and eager to stay productive by assisting with a variety of rough carpentry tasks on a large-scale retail and office development.

This project includes 12 retail buildings and one three-story office building and is expected to run through October 2027, with opportunities to transition to future projects in Erie or the Denver area upon completion.

• Perform rough carpentry tasks, including blocking and backing work
• Install anchor bolt templates
• Assist with door hardware installation
• Support various carpentry and general construction activities as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with superintendents, subcontractors, and fellow tradespeople
• Adapt to changing jobsite needs and assist where needed to keep production moving

• 1-2 years of carpentry experience, preferably in commercial construction
• Experience with rough carpentry preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure and safely use hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull construction materials and equipment
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
