About the Role:

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems. You will diagnose and troubleshoot system issues.

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and preempt problems.
• Install, repair, or replace components such as compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, filters, and ductwork.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate work schedules, prioritize service calls, and complete assignments efficiently.
• Communicate with customers professionally and courteously, addressing concerns, explaining options, and providing recommendations.
• Accurately document service activities: equipment status, repairs performed, parts used, and time spent.
• Stay updated on industry advancements, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a residential HVAC technician or similar role.
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time and workload efficiently.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
