About the Role:
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems. You will diagnose and troubleshoot system issues.

- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and preempt problems.
- Install, repair, or replace components such as compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, filters, and ductwork.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate work schedules, prioritize service calls, and complete assignments efficiently.
- Communicate with customers professionally and courteously, addressing concerns, explaining options, and providing recommendations.
- Accurately document service activities: equipment status, repairs performed, parts used, and time spent.
- Stay updated on industry advancements, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a residential HVAC technician or similar role.
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems.
- Solid knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time and workload efficiently.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Customer service focus and mindset, putting employees and partners first, with excellent communication and relationship development.
- Exceptional problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Highly organized, able to act quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
- Hold oneself to a higher standard and exhibit a high level of integrity.
