BH Management is seeking a Service Technician BTR to oversee maintenance across multiple Built to Rent communities. You will handle repairs, make-readies, and preventive maintenance for apartments, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
You will travel between sites, schedule work, and ensure safety and quality while coordinating with Community Managers and Supervisors. A valid High School diploma and hands-on maintenance experience are required.
