Job Overview
Be a part of Trane Technologies’ mission to create sustainable climate solutions for buildings, homes, and transportation. This role is the primary service and maintenance contact for customers in a defined market that includes Healthcare, Process Manufacturing, Education, and Office complexes.
LocationColorado or Wyoming (relocation benefits available).
Responsibilities- Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customers to understand installation and repair requirements, forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize onsite work.
- Serve as the direct customer contact, ensuring satisfaction by diagnosing, repairing, and providing service to HVAC equipment at customer locations.
- Use cutting‑edge software, technology, and hand‑tools to diagnose and repair units following blueprints or engineering specifications.
- Maintain flexibility for overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays as business requires.
- Enforce safety standards to the highest level and maintain security and accountability of company assets by recording use, wear, and condition.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years of HVAC experience preferred.
- Technical school or formal training preferred.
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with handheld computers (e.g., Smartphone, iPad).
- Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months with a clean driving record (no major violations such as DUI, Hit & Run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving).
- Travel 20%–30% of the time.

The actual compensation will depend on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, experience, travel requirements, and union designation. Our compensation range is generally based on the national average.
