Electrical Installer Apprentice
to join our team.

- Compensation: $20-$25/hr based on experience
- Assist with main electrical panel upgrades, panel swap-outs, and swapping circuit breakers and disconnects.
- Run electrical cables and install protective conduit piping safely and efficiently.
- Set up electrical panels, circuit breakers, switches, and lighting fixtures.
- Install ceiling fans, backup generators, gas lines for new generator units, and electric vehicle (EV) charging stations.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and manage vehicle inventory for maximum efficiency.
- Complete invoices, timecards, and project documentation with accuracy and speed.
- Actively engage in training sessions, team meetings, trade shows, and company retreats.
- 1+ years of hands‑on electrical experience is required.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to learn new technical installation tasks quickly.
- Clear written and verbal skills for both team coordination and expert customer interaction.
- High integrity, a positive attitude, a collaborative approach, and a personal drive for continuous self‑improvement.
- A valid driver’s license with an insurable record; must pass a background check and drug screen.
Work Location:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks including climbing, kneeling, and crawling.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces (attics/crawlspaces) and at various heights.
- Capacity to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods.
