Job Title

Lindgren Landscape is an award-winning, landscape design/build/maintain company serving Northern Colorado since 1995. Although we are known for creating high-end custom landscapes, we design and install landscapes of all scopes and sizes. Our people are the reason for our success. We are looking for people who are dedicated to the landscape industry and have a passion for quality.

Position Summary

This is a hands-on, full-time position with day-to-day duties that include being responsible for assisting a landscape construction crew of up to 6 members to implement landscape projects.

Salary: $ 20-24 depending on education and experience.

Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities

  • Complete project work with a high level of care and quality. Project work includes but is not limited to installation of hardscape, planting material, outdoor lighting, water features, digging trenches, sprinkler systems, grading, back filling holes, and snow removal. May require the building or taking apart bracing, scaffolding, and temporary structures and more.
  • Operate a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, forklifts, skid loaders and other tools as directed by management.
  • Clean and prepare construction sites as needed and remove and properly dispose of debris and waste materials.
  • Ensure the safety of the crew and public as work is being done.
  • Adjust to changes in the plan and schedule as necessary.
  • Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicles.
  • Attend training classes and seminars as requested by managers.
  • Assist with snow removal.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.

Education:

High school or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

  • Must have transportation to multiple jobsites.
  • Must be self-motivated, possess strong leadership skills, and be detail oriented and quality driven.
  • Must be professional in appearance and actions.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
  • Always represent the company's best interest and maintain the highest level of integrity.

Hours:

Hours vary and are dependent on business needs. Weekends may be needed to satisfy the work load.
