Duties Include
:

Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on facility equipment, systems, and structures.

Handle basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks as needed.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring safe and timely resolutions.

Maintain clean, organized work areas and storage spaces.

Assist with equipment installation, assembly, and ensure all tasks meet safety and compliance standards.

You’re at least 21 years old by your start date and legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis with no specific end date. You’re dependable, hardworking, and take pride in seeing projects through. You enjoy hands‑on work, are comfortable using tools, and approach repairs with a practical, problem‑solving mindset. A strong team player with clear communication skills, you deliver great service while staying adaptable, organized, and detail‑oriented.

You’re physically able to lift, climb, and work in a variety of environments and comfortable using a phone or tablet to manage daily tasks. Prior maintenance experience, EPA certification, HVAC knowledge, and pool/spa experience are a plus, along with the ability to communicate professionally with residents, guests, vendors, and fellow team members.
