Skilled Tradesman With Paul Davis

Working Tradesman are skilled craftsmen that are proficient in all trades of construction. Including but not limited to minor framing, insulation, hanging drywall, finish drywall, paint, finish trim & doors, etc. They are responsible for managing the project and following the scope of work provided by the estimator and supervisor. Must also be proficient at time management, material take off's, and customer communication.

• Follow the scope of work provided and execute effectively and efficiently
• Notify management of any necessary changes to the scope
• Safely and effectively operate power and specialty tools
• Document all activity in job management software
• Locate, order, and/or purchase materials per scope of project and submit receipts to office personnel
• Communicate all activity to customers and team
• Record labor activity per job

• Clean driving record
• 2+ years' experience in construction industry.
• Restoration experience is a plus
• Must have strong customer service communication skills
• Willing to take command of projects and crews to maximize quality and output
• Highly organized and efficient
• Proficient in computer skills;
  Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook
• Fluent in English
• Bi-lingual a plus
• Project Management experience a plus

Compensation: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
