We're hiring an experienced HVAC Installer who can take ownership of installs, work efficiently, and represent the company well in customers' homes. At Horse tooth Heating & Air, we're focused on doing the job right the first time and giving our team the support, training, and respect they deserve.

• Complete residential HVAC system installations from start to finish
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and local code requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and team members throughout the project
• Safely operate tools, equipment, and company vehicles
• Manage materials and ensure proper handling of equipment
• Work collaboratively with apprentices and helpers when assigned
• Continue developing technical skills through ongoing training

• 2+ years of hands‑on HVAC installation experience
• Solid understanding of residential systems and install best practices
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• EPA Universal Certification (preferred)
• Confidence using hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship
• Willingness to continue learning and improving
