Location: Fort Collins, CO
Schedule: Monday - Friday, day shift with overtime on occasion
Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour (Entry‑Level $22-$23/hour, Experienced $24-$29/hour)

- Learn proper installation techniques while following manufacturer specifications and local codes
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout each project
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Safely operate hand tools and power tools
- Load, unload, and care for company equipment and materials
- Support the installation team to complete projects on schedule
- Continue developing your technical skills through paid training and mentorship
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and desire to work within a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- 1–2 years of experience in HVAC installation
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- EPA Universal Certification, preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building code
- Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
- Knowledge of building science principles is a major plus but not required; one must be willing to learn
