We are seeking a driven and professional Sales Representative to join our growing team. This field‑based role involves meeting directly with homeowners, conducting roof inspections, and providing solutions built on trust, expertise, and customer service.

Key compensation details: training pay base equivalent of $36k for first 30‑60 days; upon training completion a commission‑based structure with earning potential range of $60,000–$80,000+. Weekly pay, company truck and fuel provided. Company offers medical, dental, vision, life, disability, voluntary plans, 401K match, paid time off and holidays after 90 days.

• Conduct on‑site roof inspections and assessments
• Meet with homeowners and present tailored solutions
• Guide customers through the sales process with clarity and professionalism
• Build trust through consistent and reliable customer service
• Manage appointments and follow up to ensure strong customer service outcomes
• Maintain a high level of communication and organization as a Sales Representative

• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and pre‑employment drug screen
• Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently in a field environment
• Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
