Hotel Maintenance Tech

About the role

Manpower, in partnership with a premier hotel in Fort Collins, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Maintenance Technician. Pay starts at $18 to $20.00/hour, with room for growth!

• Respond promptly to maintenance work orders.
• Perform minor repairs on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and address equipment malfunctions.
• Communicate effectively with staff, management, and guests.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain and repair furniture and fixtures.
• Conduct preventative maintenance.
• Assist with houseman duties as needed.

• Maintain a professional appearance and communication at all times
