• Inspects repairs and maintains the campus exterior and interior lighting systems and makes recommendations for energy savings through retrofits to LED's.
• Troubleshoots and resolves problems in electrical systems and equipment with the guidance of a journeyman electrician.
• Prioritize daily work orders for repairs acknowledging urgent requests and moving them up in priority.
• Assists Journeyman electricians as needed for repairs on electrical lighting circuits, ballast replacement, lighting control devices and wire pulls.
• Assists EPS (Emergency Power Source) technicians with preventative maintenance on campus emergency power systems.

To be considered for this position, candidates must demonstrate in the application materials:

• Experience Only:
  Two (2) years of work experience in customer service setting OR
  
  Education & Experience:
  
  A combination of related education, satisfactory completion formalized electrician apprenticeship program, and/or relevant experience in an customer service setting equal to two (2) years
