Manpower, in partnership with a premier hotel in Fort Collins, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Lead Maintenance Technician. Pay starts at $23to $25.00/hour, with room for growth!
Flexible schedule - Weekends Required
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee other maintenance techs
- Verify work tickets are completed in a timely manner
- Respond promptly to maintenance work orders.
- Perform minor repairs on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and address equipment malfunctions.
- Communicate effectively with staff, management, and guests.
- Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
- Maintain and repair furniture and fixtures.
- Conduct preventative maintenance.
- Assist with houseman duties as needed.
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent attendance
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
- Maintain a professional appearance and communication at all times
