As a Landscape Team Leader, you'll be at the forefront of our projects, overseeing installations and ensuring every detail is executed to perfection. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team in residential landscape installations.
• Installing irrigation systems, sod, trees, plants, fences, and concrete.
• Operating equipment such as mini skids, trenchers, and augers.
• Ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborating with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in residential landscape installations.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, plants, sod, trees, fences, concrete, and general landscaping.
• Experience operating equipment like mini skids, trenchers, and augers.
• Leadership skills - prior management experience is helpful but not required. We're happy to train the right person!
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
