As a Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting the social and emotional well‑being of students within the school munity. This position involves collaborating with students, families, teachers, and administrators to address social, emotional, and behavioral concerns that impact learning and overall development.

• Provide direct counseling and support services to students.
• Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans to address social and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and munity resources to support student success.
• Advocate for students' rights and access to appropriate services.
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records and documentation.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development as needed.

• Masters degree in Social Work or related field.
• Valid Colorado state licensure as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Experience working with children and adolescents in an educational setting preferred.
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
