Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Collins, CO is hiring a Case Manager for inpatient detox and residential treatment. You will advocate for clients, initiate intake case management, and coordinate housing, financial aid, and post-discharge planning within a compassionate team.
Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED and at least 1 year in the treatment field; sobriety if in recovery is required. We value strong communication and empathy to support recovery journeys.
