Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Regional Traveling Certified Orthotist
! This full-time position will be based out of Fort Collins, CO and will travel throughout Fort Collins, Denver, and Colorado Springs clinics.
This position is in a pediatric clinical outpatient setting, working exclusively with infants. As a Clinician, you will treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with Ear Well®. Pediatricians and parents look to our Clinicians as experts in evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly and ear shape conditions.
Eligibility & BackgroundWe hire from various backgrounds as each background is a great fit in its own way.
- PTs and OTs are an excellent fit with their background knowledge of symmetry, asymmetry, cervical anatomy, torticollis, and infant/toddler development.
- Registered Nurses bring hands‑on patient care and compassion for families, and the capability to treat the whole patient.
- Certified Prosthetists and Orthotists bring hands‑on experience with orthotics and direct patient care.
A background in pediatrics is preferred, but not necessary as we have a formal training program that includes mentoring.

- Certified Orthotists only
- 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off‑the‑shelf orthotic devices (e.g. splints, braces, maternity belts).
- Pediatric experience is a plus.

- The pay range for this position is $102,000 – $115,000. Pay depends on tenure and relevant experience.
