This is a Delivery Driver opportunity that delivers on being a NAPA brand ambassador. If you enjoy being on the open road and serving customers in an outside role, this position is a fit for you. What

you'll be doing
  • Delivering parts to our customers with a passion for developing relationships
  • Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintaining inventory
  • Consistently focused on safety while driving and delivering parts
  • Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries
  • Building long-term relationships with customers you deliver to
  • Maintaining the delivery truck by following safety checklists, keeping the vehicle clean, and performing basic maintenance (e.g., correct tire pressure)
  • Other duties as needed

What you'll need
  • Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves (up to eight feet) using a stool or ladder when necessary; stamina to stand and walk for the shift and lift up to 60 lbs
  • Ability to handle cash transactions correctly and process returns appropriately
  • Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system for deliveries and pickups
  • Inspecting, protecting and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building, and people
  • Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
  • Ability to drive throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions
  • Flexibility with schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Valid Driver's License

This position offers an hourly pay of $15.16. Many hourly positions have pay progression with a set starting rate; you may reach the top end of this range within 12 months of hire. The starting rate for other positions will be determined based on individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
