Operate the distributor truck to apply liquid asphalt at specified temperatures and distribution rates;
Load tack oil from supply tanks and ensure safety protocols;
Perform pre-shift and post-shift inspections and maintenance on distributor system;
Maintain accurate daily logs of materials used, engine hours, and inspection results;
Assist paving crew with tasks such as operating skid steers, rollers, or manual labor when distributor is idle
