• Safely transport passengers to medical appointments, workplaces, educational facilities, community programs, shopping destinations, and other locations
• Ensure passengers arrive at their destinations comfortably and on schedule
• Follow assigned routes, schedules, and operating procedures
• Operate company vehicles professionally and responsibly at all times
• Deliver dependable transportation services while maintaining a high level of customer care

• Provide exceptional service with patience, courtesy, and professionalism
• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting vehicles when needed
• Properly secure wheelchairs, walkers, and mobility devices according to safety standards
• Create a welcoming and respectful experience for every passenger
• Communicate effectively with riders, caregivers, dispatch staff, and fellow team members

• Perform vehicle inspections before and after shifts
• Maintain accurate trip records, logs, and required documentation
• Follow all company policies, transportation regulations, and safety procedures
• Report maintenance concerns, incidents, or service issues promptly
• Keep vehicles clean, safe, and ready for daily operations

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assist passengers with mobility and accessibility needs
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
• Ability to work independently and manage scheduled routes efficiently

• Ability to pass required background checks and screening requirements

Previous experience in transportation, healthcare, caregiving, senior services, customer service, or community-based support roles is helpful but not required. zTrip provides comprehensive paid training for qualified candidates.
