Job Description
We are currently seeking a responsible and experienced Vehicle and Fleet Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee our fleet operations, ensuring our vehicles are maintained to the highest standards for the benefit of our clients and community.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and oversee the fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for daily operations.
- Coordinate vehicle inspections, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
- Manage vehicle inventory and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Monitor driver performance and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Requirements:
- Minimum age of 25 years.
- Clean background check.
- Maximum of 3 points on Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Previous experience in vehicle fleet management preferred.
