Role DescriptionWe are seeking an Inventory Processing Specialist for full-time, on-site work at our warehouse in Johnstown, CO
.
This role is responsible for transforming inbound surplus inventory into accurately documented, sellable products. Responsibilities include breaking down pallets, staging and organizing inventory, photographing products, entering product data into inventory systems, and fulfilling outbound orders. The Inventory Processing Specialist also supports general warehouse operations to ensure a clean, efficient, and well-organized workflow.
This position plays a key role in moving products quickly and accurately from receiving to sale, ensuring inventory is ready to reach the right buyers.
Key Responsibilities- Break down inbound pallets and stage products for processing
- Photograph products according to company standards
- Enter product details, quantities, and notes into inventory systems
- Perform quality checks and flag damage or missing components
- Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders for shipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organized work areas
- Support daily warehouse operations and process improvements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and photo uploads
- Ability to work efficiently in a warehouse environment
- Comfortable lifting and moving heavy inventory as required
- Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with warehouse operations, inventory systems, or e-commerce platforms
- Familiarity with shipping, receiving, or quality control processes
- Prior experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain roles
