OTT Order Fulfillment Clerk – Fort Collins, CO
Reporting to Materials Manager, Supply Chain & Logistics, the Order Fulfillment Clerk will support our Supply Chain & Logistics team. The role ensures customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time, coordinating between Operations, Shipping, Planning, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams.
Key Responsibilities- Process customer orders accurately and timely within ERP and operational systems
- Coordinate order flow and communicate status updates with Operations, Shipping, Customer Service, and Planning teams
- Support shipping and fulfillment activities to ensure on‑time delivery performance
- Review order details, inventory availability, and shipment documentation for accuracy
- Monitor open orders, backlog, and fulfillment priorities while escalating issues as needed
- Assist with inventory tracking, material coordination, and order‑related reporting activities
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to order fulfillment and shipping activities
- Respond to internal inquiries regarding order status, shipment tracking, and fulfillment timelines
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational process enhancements
- Participate in daily operational meetings and assist with follow‑up actions as assigned
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and operational procedures
- Provide administrative and operational support to the fulfillment and operations teams as needed
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or related coursework preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in order fulfillment, customer service, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain operations
- Experience working with ERP systems, inventory systems, or order management platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced operational environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments
- Monday–Friday, Day Shift. Overtime or Weekends may be required.

US only: $18 - $22 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
