• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 36 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• 3 months of RPMS experience is preferred.
• Arizona license or compact license is required for submission.
• Floating to multiple units.
• Local & travel allowed.
• No current placement allowed at Medefis Program – Tsehootsooi Medical Center.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.

• At least 1 year of pediatric experience; comfortable with adult and pediatric patients.
• Ability to meet 15‑minute call response time for all units with a call requirement.
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, holidays and up to one on‑call shift per week.
• Maximum of two shift call‑offs allowed.
• Must be able to cover Flu Immunization clinics as needed.

• Staffing Ratios:
  Non‑Covid typically 4:1, up to 5:1;
  Covid patients typically 2:1, up to 3:1.
• Shift Type:
  Day; typical schedule 36 hours one week, 48 hours the next, plus up to 1 on‑call shift per week.
• 7 days maximum time off.

• One manager or supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months.
• Full set of certifications and health documents must be uploaded to your profile to expedite onboarding.
• Pre‑employment modules may be required for this role.
