This Med Surg travel nurse job in Fort Defiance, Arizona, with Advantis Medical is a 16-week Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN) contract at Tsehootsooi Medical Center. This role pays $2,254 per week and follows a Flexible shift with a 3x12 schedule. In this Med Surg travel nursing job, you will provide patient care in a hospital setting, assess and monitor patient conditions, support urgent interventions, document care accurately, and collaborate with physicians and the clinical care team during fast-moving patient situations.

• 2+ years of recent Med Surg experience.
• Must hold all required certifications and licenses as mandated by Arizona and national regulatory bodies.
