Salary Range: $23.52 - $ 28.69/Hourly
Applicant must have a valid, unrestricted insurable driver's license.

Essential Duties, Functions and Responsibilities- Performs a variety of simple and routine tasks to assist skilled workers with the ventilation, heating, cooling and control systems.
- Troubleshoots, calibrates, services, and maintains different types of HVAC equipment, roof-top units, drinking fountains, ice machines, morgue and controls.
- Works with skilled trades or craftsmen to assist in the performance of installation, maintenance or repair work.
- Performs tasks such as daily logs, cleaning tools, equipment and work areas, etc.
- Works with skilled trades or craftsmen to learn the incidental tasks associated with two or more occupations.
- Works with and receives instructions from higher-grade workers.
- Assists with the renovation/remodeling of buildings ventilation, controls, and refrigeration systems.
- Maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures on the M-Pulse 8 Database
- Makes minor electrical, mechanical and plumbing repairs.
- Assists with snow removal during winter months.
- Assists with demolition and construction in the hospital.
- Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience:
Two (2) years direct work experience in construction or facility maintenance.
Education:
High School diploma or Equivalency (HSE).
