Alto Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Clinic Case Management for a travel nursing job in Fort Defiance, Arizona.

Clinic Care Coordinator (case management) positions within the Surgery Outpatient Clinic to collaborate with nursing staff and providers for patient care.

Requirement:
Three (3) years of Case Management Experience.

Shift: Weekdays Monday through Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with one-hour lunch. No weekends or holidays.

New Employee Orientation:
Scheduled every other Monday. If your traveler misses the compliance deadline, their start date will be pushed to the next scheduled Orientation date.
