• Provide direct, compassionate nursing care for adult, pediatric, and geriatric Med-Surg patients
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, assess changes in patient conditions, and document care plans accurately
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and the broader care team to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care; respond to call lights and elevate concerns appropriately
• Maintain safety, infection control, and adherence to clinical policies; be flexible to float to other departments when qualified
• Complete required documentation and participate in unit meetings and quality improvement activities as needed

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license;
  Arizona licensure preferred or eligibility for licensure in Arizona
• Certifications:
  
  American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
• Experience:
  
  at least 3 years Med-Surg experience with at least 1 year pediatric experience; comfortable with both adult and pediatric populations
• Education:
  
  graduate of an approved RN program
• Shift flexibility: able to work 12‑hour night shifts and available for weekends/holidays; comfortable with potential on‑call duties and occasional float to other units
