Site Monitor & Facilitator

This position is for individuals interested in serving as a Site Monitor and/or Site Facilitator at Iowa Central's Career Academy Eagle Grove location. Responsibilities vary by assignment and may include supervising students, assisting instructors, supporting classroom activities, and helping ensure a safe, organized, and positive learning environment.

* Monitor students during the school day and maintain a safe learning environment.

* Assist instructors with classroom activities and daily operations as assigned.

* Facilitate communication between students, instructors, and Career Academy staff.

* Supervise students during breaks, transitions, or other assigned times.

* Maintain accurate attendance and other required records.

* Enforce Iowa Central and Career Academy policies and procedures.

* Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, staff, and partner school districts.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.

* Experience working with students or in an educational setting is preferred.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Basic computer skills.

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
