Bank Loan Officer

Availa Bank is seeking a Bank Loan Officer to build and manage consumer and small business lending relationships in our Carroll, Iowa community. In this role you'll work directly with customers to understand their needs, evaluate creditworthiness, and structure loans that support their goals while protecting the bank's risk profile. You'll guide borrowers through applications, documentation, and closing, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of consumer and small business loans
