Travel Physical Therapist jobs in Ft. Dodge, IA require at least 1 year of previous PT experience and outpatient experience. Inpatient experience and completion of at least 1 travel contract are preferred. EPIC EMR experience is required. You will work 4 days in the outpatient clinic and 1 day in acute care, with the option to cover 1-2 acute weekends for ortho, neuro, and safety discharge patients.

Responsibilities include assessing and treating patients, developing individualized plans, and collaborating with the care team. Ft.
