Per Diem Staff Pharmacist - Fort Dodge, Iowa

• October 7th to 14th
• October 23rd (half-day coverage from 1 PM to 5 PM)

• Verification of low volume prescriptions, approximately 40 per day
• Patient counseling to ensure proper medication use and adherence
• Managing typical outpatient pharmacy duties, including prescription processing and medication review

• Valid Pharmacist License in Iowa
• Previous experience as a pharmacist in retail or outpatient settings
