Your Responsibilities as a Maintenance Technician- Property Maintenance – perform general maintenance; light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting; light groundskeeping; light appliance installation/maintenance; trash/large object disposal; pool maintenance, and more.
- Customer Service – front-line service, professional appearance, and positive interaction with residents.
- Proactive Property Care – identify opportunities to improve the property while completing work orders to maintain high standards and deliver lasting value to residents and property owners.
- Experience in maintenance and/or a trade craft (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry, etc.).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Digital literacy and ability to use a smartphone.
- pride in completing high-quality work; enjoy maintenance and working with hands.
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical intuition.
