Location: Fort Dodge, IA
Salary: 100k to 115k depending upon experience
Hours: 45 hours on average per week, Monday through Friday daytime; evenings and weekends on call

Here are some of the daily responsibilities:
- Direct, coordinate, and oversee all assigned maintenance and facility activities, including the Safety First program, customer relations, employee development, staffing, policy implementation/enforcement, and budget preparation/cost control.
- Hold profit and loss responsibility for the account, ensure quality control, develop maintenance processes, and ensure conformance with company and customer policies; exercise good judgment in business decisions.
- Manage all company salaried and hourly positions at the account; oversee processes ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Interact with customer and client personnel to assist in meeting expectations.
- Coordinate activities across the customer/client portfolio to ensure effective performance; assist in long-range planning in support of customer, client, and company goals.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics records.
- Communicate with team members to assist in short/long-range planning aligned with company objectives.
- Ensure team members perform tasks safely, effectively, and efficiently; maintain positive customer and employee relations.
Experience: Minimum of five years’ experience in maintenance management with strong communication skills and a safety-first mindset. Experience supervising 10+ people, planning/scheduling, P&L/Budgeting, and estimating is preferred. Current OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
Accreditation: Membership and demonstrated participation in industry-related professional organizations (SMRP, IFMA, BOMA, etc.) with applicable professional certification is desired.
Computer
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
Workday and CMMS preferred.

- Ascend/descend stairs, ladders, or step stools
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment
