• Utilize mechanical knowledge to maintain a high‑speed can manufacturing line.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify all mechanical systems.
• Use precision measuring tools and work with close tolerances up to 0.0010.
• Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity.

• High school diploma, GED, or vocational or technical degree.
• 2plus years of experience as an industrial mechanic.
• Desire to operate and maintain Silgan’s can lines by performing and documenting quality checks and measurements.
